By accessing our website, creating an account, making an enquiry, or completing a booking through Tickets Trolly, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our website or services.

If you are booking on behalf of other travellers, you confirm that you have the authority to agree to this Agreement on their behalf and that you accept responsibility for ensuring that all members of your party are aware of and comply with these terms.

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your country of residence
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information when making enquiries or bookings
• Use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement

Our services are intended for personal, non-commercial use. You may not use our platform for commercial resale of travel products without our prior written consent.

Where account registration is offered, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information when creating your account
• Keep your account credentials secure and not share them with any third party
• Notify us immediately at info@ticketstrolly.com if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts where we have reason to believe they have been used fraudulently, in breach of this Agreement, or in a manner that may harm other users or our business.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide to us — including passenger names, dates of birth, contact details, passport information, and travel preferences — is accurate and up to date at the time of booking.

Errors in booking information may result in additional charges, the inability to travel, or loss of the booking without refund. We accept no liability for consequences arising from inaccurate information provided by you.

If you discover an error in your booking details after confirmation, you must notify us immediately at info@ticketstrolly.com. We will endeavour to correct errors where possible, though Supplier charges may apply.

You agree that you will not:

• Use our website or services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information in any booking or communication with us
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our website, systems, or databases
• Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or similar technologies to access or collect data from our website without our prior written consent
• Reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from our website without our written permission
• Engage in any conduct that could damage, disable, or impair our website or servers
• Use our services to make speculative, false, or fraudulent bookings
• Harass, threaten, or abuse any member of our team or other users

By providing your contact details and making a booking, you consent to receiving transactional communications from us related to your booking, including booking confirmations, updates, amendments, and service notices. These communications are necessary for the performance of our contract with you and cannot be opted out of while your booking is active.

Where you have separately consented to marketing communications, you may withdraw that consent at any time by contacting us at info@ticketstrolly.com or by using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.

All content on the Tickets Trolly website — including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and other materials — is the property of AL REZA TRAVEL LTD or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are permitted to access and use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of our website without our express written permission.

We reserve the right to amend this User Agreement at any time. The current version will always be published on our website with the date of the most recent update. Where changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify registered users. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

We are committed to resolving complaints promptly and fairly. We will acknowledge your complaint within five business days and aim to provide a full response within 28 days.

If you remain dissatisfied following our internal complaints process, you may have the right to refer your complaint to an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider or to the courts of England and Wales.
