Tickets Trolly is a travel brand operated by AL REZA TRAVEL LTD, a
company registered in England and Wales (company number 12962926). Our registered
office is at 391 Great Horton Road, Bradford, England, BD7 3DH. We act as a travel
agent, offering flights, holiday packages, tours, and other travel products sourced
through our network of trusted travel consolidators and suppliers.
You can make a booking through our website, by emailing us at
info@ticketstrolly.com, or by contacting our team directly. Once we receive your
booking request, we will confirm availability and pricing and issue a booking
confirmation once payment has been received. Please ensure all passenger details are
accurate before confirming your booking.
The travel products we sell are sourced through professional
consolidators and travel suppliers. Depending upon the specific consolidator through
which your booking is fulfilled, your booking may be supplied by operators who hold
IATA accreditation and, where package holidays are concerned, ATOL protection. The
level of protection applicable to your specific booking will be clearly confirmed in
your booking documentation at the time of purchase. If you have any questions about
the protection applicable to your booking, please contact us before completing your
purchase.
Once your booking is confirmed and payment received, your tickets and
travel documents will be sent to the email address provided at the time of booking.
E-tickets are issued for most flight bookings. Please check your spam or junk folder
if you do not receive your documents within the expected timeframe. If you have not
received your documents, please contact us at info@ticketstrolly.com.
Yes. You can book for yourself and additional passengers in a single
booking. You will be required to provide accurate details for all travellers,
including full names as they appear on passports, dates of birth, and nationality.
Please double-check all details carefully before confirming, as errors may result in
amendment charges or difficulties at check-in.
Payments & Pricing
We accept major debit and credit cards including Visa, Mastercard,
and other methods as displayed during the checkout process. All payments are
processed securely through our payment partners. We do not store your full card
details on our systems. Some payment methods may carry a small processing fee, which
will be disclosed before you complete your purchase.
Travel prices — particularly flight fares — can change rapidly based
on availability, demand, and airline pricing systems. The price displayed is only
guaranteed at the time of confirmed booking and full payment. We recommend
completing your booking promptly once you have decided on your travel arrangements
to secure the price quoted.
We are committed to transparent pricing. Any applicable fees —
including payment processing fees, service fees, or Supplier charges — will be
clearly shown before you confirm and pay for your booking. You will never be charged
anything that was not disclosed prior to payment. If you are unsure about any cost
shown, please contact us before completing your booking.
Cancellations & Change
Cancellation policies vary depending on the type of product booked
and the Supplier's terms. Many flight tickets are non-refundable once issued.
Holiday packages may have cancellation charges that increase closer to the departure
date. The specific cancellation terms applicable to your booking will be set out in
your booking confirmation. Please contact us at info@ticketstrolly.com as soon as
possible if you need to cancel, and we will advise you on the applicable terms and
any refund entitlement.
Name changes are subject to the policies of the airline or Supplier.
Many airlines do not permit name changes, and where they are permitted, a fee is
usually charged. If you notice an error in a passenger name, please contact us
immediately at info@ticketstrolly.com. The sooner an error is reported, the more
options may be available to correct it.
If an airline makes a significant change to your flight or cancels
it, we will contact you as soon as we are notified. Your options in such
circumstances — which may include accepting an alternative flight, receiving a
refund, or other remedies — will depend on the airline's policies and applicable
consumer rights legislation. We will work on your behalf to assist you in the best
way possible.
We strongly recommend that all customers take out comprehensive
travel insurance for every trip, covering cancellation, medical expenses, personal
belongings, and travel disruption. Travel insurance is particularly important when
travelling internationally. We can provide information on travel insurance options
available through our supply partners — please ask at the time of booking.
Passports, Visas & Travel
Visa requirements depend on your nationality and your destination
country. It is your responsibility to ensure you hold all necessary visas and travel
documents before departure. We recommend checking the entry requirements for your
destination with the relevant embassy or high commission, and consulting the UK
Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) travel advice at
gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice. We can provide general guidance, but we are not
responsible for your visa requirements.
Many countries require your passport to be valid for at least six
months beyond your planned departure date from that country. Some destinations have
different requirements. Please check the specific passport validity requirements for
your destination before booking and before travelling. We strongly recommend
renewing your passport well in advance of any travel if it is due to expire within
six months of your return date.
If you or any member of your party has a disability, reduced
mobility, dietary requirement, or any other special need, please let us know at the
time of booking. We will do our best to communicate your requirements to the
relevant Suppliers, including airlines, hotels, and tour operators. Please note that
the ability to accommodate special requirements is subject to the capabilities of
the individual Supplier, and we cannot guarantee that all requests can be fulfilled.
