Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our website or making a booking. By accessing our website or completing a booking, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our services.
These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the Tickets Trolly website and the purchase of travel products and services through Tickets Trolly. Tickets Trolly is a trading name of AL REZA TRAVEL LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 12962926, with its registered office at 391 Great Horton Road, Bradford, England, BD7 3DH. You may contact us at info@ticketstrolly.com.
Tickets Trolly acts as a travel agent and booking intermediary. The flights, holidays, tours, accommodation, and other travel products we sell are supplied by third-party consolidators, airlines, tour operators, hotels, and other travel service providers (collectively referred to as "Suppliers").
When you make a booking through Tickets Trolly, you enter into a contract with the relevant Supplier for the supply of that travel product. The Supplier's own terms and conditions will apply to that contract in addition to these Terms. We will provide details of the applicable Supplier terms at the time of booking.
The consolidators through whom we source travel products operate under their own professional accreditations and protections. Depending upon the consolidator through which your booking is fulfilled, your travel products may be supplied by operators who hold IATA accreditation and, where applicable, ATOL protection. The specific protections applicable to your booking will be clearly confirmed in your booking documentation.
A booking is made when you submit your booking request and we (or our Supplier) confirm the booking to you in writing (by email or otherwise). Your contract with the relevant Supplier is formed at the point of confirmation.
We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion prior to confirmation. If we are unable to confirm your booking for any reason, any payment received will be refunded in full.
It is your responsibility to ensure that all passenger names, dates, and other booking details are accurate at the time of booking. Errors in passenger names or dates may result in additional charges from Suppliers or may require rebooking at a different price.
All prices displayed on our website or quoted by our team are in pounds sterling (GBP) unless otherwise stated, and include applicable taxes and fees where shown. Travel prices can change frequently and are only guaranteed at the time of booking confirmation and full payment.
Full payment is typically required at the time of booking unless a deposit scheme is expressly offered. Where a deposit is accepted, the balance must be paid by the due date specified in your booking confirmation. Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of your deposit.
Payment is processed securely through our payment partners. We do not store full payment card details on our systems.

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that you and all members of your travelling party hold valid passports, visas, and any other travel documents required for your journey. Passport and visa requirements vary by nationality and destination and are subject to change.
We strongly recommend checking the latest entry requirements with the relevant embassy or high commission and the UK Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) travel advice at gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice before travelling.
We accept no responsibility for any loss, expense, or disruption caused by your failure to hold the correct travel documents.
As a booking agent, our liability to you is limited to the proper performance of our booking services. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of Suppliers, including but not limited to flight delays or cancellations, changes to hotel services, tour alterations, or any event outside our control.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Subject to the above, our aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount paid to us in respect of the booking in question.
We and our Suppliers shall not be liable for any failure to perform, or delay in performing, our obligations where such failure or delay results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, pandemics, acts of war or terrorism, government action, civil unrest, strikes, or failure of third-party infrastructure.
